Ben Selman is a native Atlantan who has been in the banking and real estate business for over 25 years. He earned is BA in economics at Vanderbilt University and an MBA at Emory University. His experience includes working for both a regional bank and a multinational bank as well as owning his own real estate mortgage company and real estate investment firm. He has succesfully secured financing for over $250 million in commercial retail, office, assisted living communities and apartment projects.

Susan Selman, RN, MS, ONC has been in the Nursing profession for almost 30 years. She earned her BSN at Vanderbilt University and her MS in Nursing from Georgia State University. Her experience includes everything from owning her own consulting business, Nurse/Healthcare Consultants, to providing hands on nursing care. Currently she holds a part time position at Kennesaw State University as Clinical Instructor, teaching student nurses to provide skilled nursing care in the hospital setting.
